Sydney events at a glance
This guide covers Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September 2026 in Sydney. Each event below has a live KeenOut listing, so you can open the plan, register your interest and join with others instead of organising a group chat from scratch.
Event organisers remain responsible for admission, schedules and cancellations. KeenOut coordinates the social group. Always check the linked organiser page before travelling, particularly for outdoor plans and timed tickets.
- Saturday 8:30pm: Darling Harbour Fireworks at Cockle Bay
- Sunday 9am–3pm: Watsons Bay Spring Market at Robertson Park
- Sunday 9:30am–12:30pm: KeenOut’s Paper Daisy festival morning at Mount Annan
- Sunday 5pm–6:30pm: Harry Potter: The Exhibition at Sydney Olympic Park
Darling Harbour Fireworks — Saturday night
The free Darling Harbour fireworks are scheduled for Saturday 12 September at 8:30pm over Cockle Bay. The display itself is brief, so this works best as the anchor for a wider evening: meet the group beforehand, walk around the waterfront and choose a public viewing area together in chat.
Meet around Cockle Bay Wharf in Sydney. Entry to the fireworks is free and no external ticket is required. The official schedule can change because of weather or operational conditions, so check Darling Harbour’s page on Saturday before leaving home.
KeenOut joining closes at 4:30pm on Saturday, four hours before the listed start. Food, drinks and transport are optional third-party costs and are not included by KeenOut.

Watsons Bay Spring Market — Sunday morning
Watsons Bay Spring Market is scheduled for Sunday 13 September at Robertson Park. Cambridge Markets, the operator, lists 9am–3pm. A Woollahra Council listing has shown different hours, so KeenOut uses the operator’s time and asks everyone to confirm it again before travelling.
Expect harbour views, local makers, independent producers and food stalls. Entry is free. The listing address is Robertson Park, 22 Military Road, Watsons Bay NSW 2030; allow extra travel time because Sunday transport and parking around the peninsula can be busy.
KeenOut joining closes at 5am on Sunday. The exact group meeting spot is agreed privately in KeenOut chat, while purchases from market stalls remain optional and separate.

Paper Daisy Spring Festival — Sunday morning
The Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan’s Paper Daisy Spring Festival brings spring flower displays, weekend activities, lawn games and pop-ups to the garden. KeenOut’s precise group session runs from 9:30am to 12:30pm on Sunday 13 September; the broader festival day continues after the group session.
Meet at the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan, 362 Narellan Road, Mount Annan NSW 2567. General garden entry is free. Optional workshops may require a separate booking and payment through the organiser, so do not assume a workshop place is included when you join the KeenOut group.
KeenOut joining closes at 5:30am on Sunday. Wear suitable shoes, bring sun and weather protection, and check the garden’s current access information before travelling.

Harry Potter: The Exhibition — Sunday 5pm
This immersive exhibition at Paddington Pavilion, Sydney Showground is a strong group option for people who enjoy sets, props and interactive displays. The KeenOut plan is tied specifically to the Sunday 13 September 5pm admission session and is expected to finish around 6:30pm.
Every attendee must buy their own matching 5pm timed ticket from the authorised seller before joining. KeenOut cannot move tickets between sessions or guarantee ticket availability. Check the current ticket price and sales status directly rather than relying on an old advertised price.
The venue address is 1 Showground Road, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127. KeenOut joining closes at 1pm on Sunday. Use group chat to agree where to meet outside the pavilion, and review the organiser’s accessibility and arrival advice before travelling.

How joining with KeenOut works
Open an event above and choose Join with others. KeenOut uses the existing city, matching, privacy, notification and chat systems to form a compatible small group when enough eligible people are interested. Exact group coordination stays private rather than being published on the event page.
Joining a matching pool is free. Your first eligible confirmed KeenOut meetup is A$0; after that, the standard coordination price is A$5 per confirmed person. External tickets, food, drinks, stall purchases, transport and optional workshops are separate and paid directly to their providers.
For this weekend’s events, joining closes four hours before the listed start. That cut-off gives KeenOut time to form the group and open coordination before people need to travel. If an organiser changes or cancels a listing, KeenOut updates the plan and notifies affected members through the existing lifecycle.
